Industrial Contruction Inches Ahead Building By Building

A Las Vegas developer with close ties to Idaho is working on one of the largest industrial buildings planned or under construction in the Treasure Valley. Larry Monkarsh, owner of L.M. LM Construction completed two restaurant drive through projects recently, giving restaurant patrons the all-important easy access to their morning coffee and donuts. The construction team built a drive through for a Dunkin’ Donuts in Henderson, converting an old AT&T store into the new restaurant space. For the Human Bean coffee and espresso shop in Las Vegas, the project required modular building construction that involved a double-sided drive through.
