We’ve had a lot of experience building restaurants that adhere to national corporate specifications. Two recent projects were both sandwich shop franchises—Jimmy Johns and Pita Pit. We have constructed buildings for both of these franchises in Las Vegas in the past, so we’re familiar with the corporate guidelines that must be met during all phases of the project.
The Jimmy Johns is on Eastern Avenue in Henderson, and it is the largest in town at 2,400 square feet. The location was formerly a retail space, and is now the best performing Jimmy Johns without a drive-through in the Las Vegas region. We are working on another Jimmy Johns outlet on the ground floor of the City Hall building in Las Vegas.
For Pita Pit, we built two locations. One across from UNLV, which was formerly a t-shirt shop, and a second location in Silverado Ranch.
In any restaurant building project, the county health department is a key player. We’re lucky to have a long and successful history working with the Clark County Health Department, which enables us to move smoothly and efficiently through the permitting and inspection processes.
