LM Construction has managed several TI projects recently that involved creating restaurants out of retail spaces. Having worked on numerous Las Vegas restaurant construction projects over the years, we’ve become pretty adept at transforming these spaces quickly and ensuring compliance with all required health and safety codes.
We are familiar with the health department issues that pertain to restaurants, and we have lots of experience working with our local health departments. We also have strong relationships with restaurant equipment suppliers.
One of these conversions involved a full TI project to create a MacShack on West Charleston Blvd. in Las Vegas. We combined two different existing spaces for a total project size of 3,000 square feet. We built a full kitchen with a grease interceptor, and a large open dining area.
Another project was a new location for the Pink Box donuts chain. We did a full design build to convert a box store into a haven of warm, sugary deliciousness on Lake Mead Blvd. in Summerlin. We were able to save the owners quite a bit of money with the design build, and have been hired on to do another Pink Box outlet in Henderson.
