Lake Mead & Simmons

This is a new shell construction project located in the Lake Mead Airport Business Park complex located at the intersection of Lake Mead Blvd. & Simmons Street. The major building is approximately 24,000 sq. ft. and will be used for primarily retail businesses. In the future, LM Construction will construct a stand-alone building that will house a Dunkin Donuts and an additional 9,900 sq. ft. retail building.
