Arrowhead Commerce Center Building #15

Building 15 is a 160,000 sq/ft, 28'-0" clear ESFR cross-dock office / wharehouse / distribution facility completed in under 7 months and fully leased within 10 months of completion. LM performed all of the tenant improvements for this unique property.
