Warm Springs & Industrial Phase I & Phase II

This project consisted of four buildings with a grand total of 175,000 sq feet. Phase I was completed in under 6 months, buildings A&B are grade level. Phase I was completely leased in 10 months. Phase II (buildings C&D) are dock high with clear heights up to 22’. Phase II was completely leased in under 6 months. Full improvements to Industrial road included sewer, water, curb & gutter, paving and street lights. Full improvements to Capo Villa were completed as well.
