LM CONSTRUCTION BREAKS GROUND ON $3.2 MILLION
WAGON TRAIL VILLAGE PROJECT
First Las Vegas Project to Utilize KoreteckT Panelized Building System
LAS VEGAS, NV - LM Construction Company recently broke ground on Wagon Trail Village, a 29,120 square foot retail project located at the northwest corner of Decatur Boulevard and Interstate 215. The three-pad project is being built for San Francisco-based developer J3 Properties and will showcase the innovative solid wall building system by Koreteck, a BlueScope Steel Company.
"LM Construction is the first company in Las Vegas to use this pioneering building system," said Larry Monkarsh, owner of the company. "It is the perfect combination of pre-engineered steel and wall-panel building and provides a quicker construction schedule and reduced jobsite waste. We will be highlighting these benefits and more at a hands-on building seminar for Wagon Trail Village once vertical construction begins."
LM Construction is providing complete design-build services on Wagon Trail Village. The company is currently working on site development and preconstruction for the first 23,953 square foot building. This is the second project the company has been hired for through J3 Properties.
The cost of the project is estimated at $3.2 million.
