LM CONSTRUCTION COMPLETES MULTIPLE TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
LAS VEGAS, NV - LM Construction Company recently completed work on two tenant improvement projects located in the south and west valley.
At 1275 W. Warm Springs Road, LM Construction completed tenant improvements on Post Net, a 1,333 square foot postal and retail outlet located in the Warm Springs Promenade. Kimco Developers initially hired LM Construction to build out a vanilla retail space, and then rehired the company to complete the tenant improvements for the Post Net franchise. Total cost for the tenant improvements was $56,000. Post Net is the second tenant improvement finished by LM Construction in this shopping center. The other was an Avis rental car office.
LM Construction also completed work on Diamond Nails, a 1,040 square foot nail salon located at 7775 W. Rainbow Boulevard, Suite #6. LM Construction was hired by Russell Taylor of Rainbow Robindale Plaza LLC and the cost of the project was $100,000. LM Construction has completed additional work in the Rainbow Robindale Plaza, including Oyshi Sushi.
