Project Description

The final phase of this project consisted of buildings G & H, totaling 210,500 sq/ft of office / warehouse facility. Building G is 24′-0″ clear with an ESFR sprinkler system. This project was built on time and under budget, while Value Engineering put initial capital back with the investors.
