Design-Build concrete tilt up industrial building. The Nevada State Industrial Park consists of three buildings. Building A +/-101,308 square feet, 32′-0″ clear height, ESFR Fire Sprinkler System and 2400 amps of 277/480, 3 phase electrical service. Building B +/-71,093 square feet, 30′-0″ clear height, ESFR Fire Sprinkler System and 1600 amps of 277/480, 3 phase electrical service. Building C +/-23,546 square feet, 28′-0″ clear height .45/3000 fire sprinkler density and 800 amps of 277/480, 3 phase electrical service.
