LM Construction Company Design Build Project. Located on southeast corner of Sunset Road and Torrey Pines Drive. Three buildings totaling +/- 80,000 square feet. One building at +/- 35,000 square feet and one building was constructed to be flexible enough and be considered two buildings of +/-22,500 square feet (45,000 square feet of one user).

Project Description
Design-Build concrete tilt up industrial building +/- 80,000 square feet of industrial space with 30’ clear height, ESFR fire sprinkler system. All steel roof structure covered docks.
